The Apple Macintosh received a port of Hexen in 1996, designed and programmed by Presage Software. This version includes higher resolution resources for some interface graphics, apparently created by using scaling filters on the originals. The Deathkings of the Dark Citadel expansion pack was also released for this version of Hexen.
