MAP11: Annihilation is the eleventh map of Cleimos 2. It was designed by Rand and Steven Phares.

It is a re-working of E2M7 of Cleimos.

Secrets[edit]

  1. Ascend the first two sets of steps and use the wall in the northwest corner to find a backpack, a shotgun, and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 50)
  2. At the set of three teleporters with crushers in front of them, take the northern one. Use the switch to lower the teleporter, then enter the pool and take the teleporter to enter a similar-looking area. Get Secrets #4 and #5 below, then take the lifts at the east end of Secret #5 up and jump into the blood pool. There are two gargoyle switches you need to press here: the middle one at the south set and the left one at the north set. Take the teleporter to the three key bar room, then take the teleporter back to the hub area with three teleporters. Now, go back through the north teleporter and you should see two pillars down, containing a megaarmor and a soul sphere. (sector 80)
  3. See Secret #2. (sector 81)
  4. At the set of three teleporters with crushers in front of them, take the northern one. Use the switch to lower the teleporter, then enter the pool and take the teleporter to enter a similar-looking area. Use the misaligned wall in the southeast corner to find a berserk pack and a switch. (sector 110)
  5. Flip the switch in Secret #4 to reveal a room with a demon (Ultra-Violence or higher) and several lost souls. Use the wall at the south end of this room to find a secret hallway; going right will net you an energy cell, an energy cell pack, and a BFG9000. (sector 127)
  6. At the set of three teleporters with crushers in front of them, take the eastern one. Follow the path until you see a light shine on a wall at the east side. The door counts as a secret, and this is necessary to reach the blue key. (sector 135)
  7. There is a lift at the end of Secret #5. Ride it up and take the next lift up to reach the top. You can jump to the blood pool from here (in order to get out as well as to get Secret #2 and Secret #3) but in order to get this secret, you must shoot the red wall behind the cage directly across the blood pool. This will open up a secret wall nearby with a megaarmor, boxes of ammo, partial invisibility, a soul sphere, a zombieman, and a switch to open a nearby cage with a baron of Hell inside. (sector 159)
