Monolith 3 is a single-level PWAD for Doom II and a limit removing source port that was released in January 2007. It was designed by Richard Wiles as the third map in his Monolith mini-series.

- Head up the steps at the west side, then jump south to the platforms, going towards the southernmost platform which teleports to a soul sphere. (sector 92)
- In the blood area at the north end, head to the southwest wall with the candle and lower it to get a backpack. (sector 157)
- At the west side, go east, behind the fence, and to the wall with the skull to the south. Lower it to get a megaarmor. (sector 159)
