Thugs are enemies from HacX. These small mutants are the most common enemy in the game.
Thugs are only armed with a pistol and have 60 hit points. Therefore, they are extremely easy to take down. They often attack in big groups but even if a player has only a Pistol they are not too dangerous. They are common to the point of being annoying. All the weapons are effective against them.
