Jean-Yves Delpech (jive)

Jean-Yves Delpech (Dec 3, 1953 - Nov 28, 2011), known as Jive, was an enthusiastic staple of the community. He maintained pages dedicated to Doom Legacy and GZDoom mods on Doom Wad Station. He also enjoyed to touch up existing mods such as 2002 A Doom Odyssey, with permission from the original authors, to give them improvements, though those were controversial in the community.
He had been fighting lymphatic cancer since year 2000, and eventually joined a Christian cult which convinced him to break his ties with the Doom community in May 2009.
