MAP13: Apocalypse Lab is the thirteenth map of Newdoom Community Project. It was designed by Darkwolf.

Walkthrough[edit]

Essentials[edit]

Enter and go to the first big room. Take the northern door that you can enter and take the door on your left after that. The switch in this room opens up some doors in the area to the south, although you cannot access this place just yet. Now, you have two options. You can either take Secret #1 or #3 to reach the next big room. If so, then skip ahead to the brown room section. If you are not worried about getting secrets, go back to the first big area and take the southeast door. At the end of this passage is a switch which opens up a door in the big room that you were not able to open before. From here you could enter the big brown room.

In this big brown room, take either eastern door. In this blue room, get the yellow key, and then backtrack to the first big room taking the door on the west wall. If you pressed the switch towards the north earlier, then a door directly in front of you should be open, allowing you to get the red keycard. If you want the blue armor in this yard, be prepared for chaingunners. Now go back to the big brown room taking the red door to the south. Take the slow lift down and the blue key resides next to the teleporter. Once you get it, go back to the big main room and take the southern blue door and find the exit here.

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the first big area, open the vent on the eastern side for a passage with a green armor (only on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 108)
  2. In the same area as secret #1, open the northern door and go all the way to the vent on the eastern side. (sector 123) This is a secret passage leading to a super shotgun and shotgun shells.
  3. In the computer room in the eastern part of the map, use the terminal on the southern wall to get an invulnerability (or a soul sphere on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 120)
