Robert Price was the Operational Director for Delta Labs during the events of Doom 3. He was in charge of personnel, recruitment, evaluation and placement. In the months leading up the demon invasion, he found it increasingly difficult to recruit new engineers for the lower Delta Labs. This was due to the strange outbreak of mental illness in Delta, as well as the frightening rumors about the experiments being conducted at the facility. Price also had to deal with an incident involving several Delta security guards stealing weapons and supplies and hiding them in a storage locker. In the days just prior to the events of the game, Price reported hearing strange noises coming through the walls in Delta.

Price was killed in the demonic invasion. His body and his PDA can be found at the start of Delta Labs - Level 1. His PDA contains the code for the locker where the rogue security guards hid the stolen equipment.

When you pick up Price's PDA, his body is pulled into a floor vent by an unseen Imp and is probably eaten.
