XWadTools

From DoomWiki.org

XWadTools is a collection of WAD editing tools by a wide variety of developers, originally created for Unix-like systems but also suitable for other platforms. The package was initially compiled for XDoom by Udo Munk.

The collection includes a WAD level compiler, ACS script compiler, graphics resources compiler, graphics resource compiler, node builders, tools to extract and import raw data into WAD files, a GUI map editor, and more. The editors work for Doom, Doom II, Hexen, Heretic, and even Strife. Among the better known tools are DeuTex, DMPSMU, SLIGE, and WadWhat.

The archive provides sources only and no binaries for any platform, so the package has to be compiled manually by the user.
