The session took place on 24 October, 2010. It was the last 32in24 to use the original approach of completing all work within the 24-hour period, with later sessions featuring extended periods for extra polish, similar to [[32in24-5]], [[Diet 32in24]] and [[32in24-7]]. The WAD received 37 submissions, with the best 32 forming the main megawad and the remaining five placed in additional map slots (MAP33-37), along with an extra two maps (MAP38 and MAP39) originally made for [[32in24-8]] and [[32in24-9]] respectively.
