A_Explode is a code pointer used in the death animation for the Rocket (in air) and Barrel.
Uses
The A_Explode
code pointer appears in the following states in Doom's state table:
Frame number | Doom internal name | Use |
---|---|---|
127 | S_EXPLODE1 | death animation for the Rocket (in air) |
811 | S_BEXP4 | death animation for the Barrel |
Example
The following is an example of how to set the A_Explode
code pointer in a Dehacked file:
Pointer 21 (Frame 34) Codep Frame = 811
Or using BEX syntax:
