The Abyssal Speedmapping Sessions: Session 1 is the first PWAD made for the Abyssal Speedmapping Sessions speedmapping event. Spearheaded by James Caldwell (Obsidian) and made by various members, it was released in December 2013.
The first session spawned a total of four maps in the space of two hours. Each mapper could choose one of three visual themes: lava fortress in a hellish canyon, techbase heavily warped by Hell's influence, and food themed.
