action doom 2 is a "prequal" (certain endings are inconsistent with the player going on to be action dooms protagonist ten years later) it features black and white cut-scenes with sincity style pastpresent-tense voiceovers here and there. while action doom was a "first person contra" urban brawl is "first persson river-city ransom"
