Alexander S. (also known as Eternal or Deadall) is a Russian Doom level designer. Overall Eternal is the person who holds the most Cacowards, with a total of five awards and three runners up earned in six years: two in 2007 (for Epic and named Mapper of the Year), one and two Runner Up places in 2008 (Gravity, Remain 3 and XXXI CyberSky respectively), one in 2009 (Hell Ground), one in 2010 (Epic 2), and a runner up in 2012 (Frozen Time).
He is a friend of Andrey Budko, who has been known to use Epic in benchmarks of PrBoom+[1].
