The 15th Annual Cacowards, also referred to as Cacowards 2008, was the fifth annual Cacowards feature, released by Doomworld on December 10, 2008. It was written by Stephen Browning (Scuba Steve), Patrick Pineda, and Darknation, and illustrated by Mike Lightner (Mancubus II), with a foreword by Alex Pritchard (pritch).
This edition had two runners-up and the extra category This is my Boomstick. It was known that Bill Koch (Bloodshedder) planned to resume writing the foreword in 2009.
