The 23rd Annual Cacowards, also referred to as Cacowards 2016, is the thirteenth annual Cacowards feature, released by Doomworld on December 10, 2016. It was written by Andrew Stine (Linguica), TerminusEst13, kmxexii, Alfonzo, dew and Scuba Steve. It has six runners-up.
