The 2018 Cacowards is the fifteenth annual Cacowards feature, released by Doomworld on December 10, 2018. It was written by Andrew Stine (Linguica), Boris Klimeš (dew), Demon of the Well, Major Arlene, Not Jabba, rd, TerminusEst13, Ralph Vickers (Ralphis), and Stephen Browning (Scuba Steve). In a year that was widely considered to be one of the best in Doom's history, there were ten runners-up.

The Mapper of the Year award was renamed to Creator of the Year, expanding to include authors in other media as eligible.
