- Open the red door and the door in front of you. Head right and then northeast to the steps. Use the skull switch here, leave the room the way you came, then take the southeast path. To the east you will find a medikit (two on Ultra-Violence or higher), a megaarmor, a box of shotgun shells, a backpack, a berserk pack, a box of ammo, and a chaingun (the box of ammo and chaingun are only on Ultra-Violence or higher as well).
