Er...  As I recall, this category was created to preserve discussions on orphaned talk pages which were (possibly) broad enough to influence a future policy, or guideline, or precedent.  Tiny talk pages, containing no issues that will ever be followed up, can IMHO be deleted alongside their articles.    Ryan W 00:55, September 14, 2009 (UTC)

I don't think there's any disagreement here. You are free to delete any useless talk pages if you ask me.
