Cygnus IV is a Doom II episode replacement containing fourteen levels and new MIDI music created by John Bye. Released in September 1996, it was followed by a v2.0 update in April 1997 that fixed bugs and added new demo lumps showcasing the levels.

The WAD comes with DeHackEd file cygnusiv.deh to update the text screen story.
