Mausoleum Nefarium is an eleven-level episode WAD for Doom II designed for limit removing source ports created by various members of the Doomer Boards community, led by Jon Vail (40oz). It was released on the Doomer Boards forums and the Doomworld forums on July 1, 2022 and is the forty-ninth entry in the ongoing Doomer Boards Projects. The mapset features a blue fire and gothic marble mausoleum theme.
