E1M4: Hi tech Lair is the fourth map of Simply Phobos. It was designed by Paul Corfiatis and uses the music track " ". The par time defined in MAPINFO is 2:20.

- Use the wall near the two barrels at the start to get a chaingun, a medikit, a box of shotgun shells, and a box of ammo. (sector 4)
- In the southeast area, fall into the nukage at the west side and use the lift to reach a soul sphere. (sector 209)
- Use the wall behind the yellow key to reach the large outdoor area with a chainsaw, a rocket launcher, boxes of rockets, a backpack, boxes of ammo, and boxes of shotgun shells. (sector 304)
- In the southeast area, fall into the nukage at the north side and into the room with barrels. Use the lift to reach a megaarmor. (sector 318)
