E1M9 is the ninth and secret map of the first episode of Base Ganymede. It was designed by Adam Woodmansey (Khorus) and uses the E2M9/E3M1 music theme from Doom the Way id Did's optional soundtrack, composed by Mr. Freeze.

- At the nukage run in the north end of the map, head for the middle of the right side of the area and open the green wall for a teleporter. This takes you onto a rocket launcher. (sector 76)
