E2M2: Creeping Death is the second map in episode Gates to Hell of Nostalgia Zero. It was designed by Alex Decker (myolden) and uses the music track "The Myolden Plan" by Korp.

Secrets
- Head north and northwest from the starting point until you spot the pentagram. Look south and find the stack of four crates. Lower them to get a chainsaw. (sector 21)
- Go through the hall north of the blue key area and the central wall opens. Enter this area and open the west wall to get a rocket launcher and rockets. (sector 79)
- Head north and northwest from the starting point until you get to the pentagram, then enter the small hall to the south and open the west wall to get rockets and a backpack. (sector 165)
- In the southeast area, climb the steps to the west and go south, then east until you hear something lower. Backtrack quickly and you can get the megaarmor to the north. (sector 167)
