E2M4: Skin Deep is the fourth map of the second episode of PhobosDeimos Anomaly. It was designed by Callum Guy Oliver (phobosdeimos1) and uses the music track "".

Secrets[edit]

  1. Enter the hall at the north end of the map and go to the west side. Open the wall in the middle to find a berserk pack, a green armor, a box of shotgun shells, and a backpack. (sector 50)
  2. Open the wall east of the red key to find a BFG9000. (sector 70)
  3. Enter the hall at the north end of the map and go to the north side. Use either of the metal walls on the sides of the marble wall to lower a lift with a green armor and a box of rockets. (sector 81)
