E2M9: Blood Cells is the ninth and secret map of Dark Hell. It was designed by Greytale.

Walkthrough
Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets
- Entering the room three after the start room causes a wall to lower, revealing a wall that must be shot to open up the next door. This wall counts as a secret. (sector 273)
- After getting the blue key, return to the start - there is a blue door to the east, leading to a room with a Cyberdemon, many items, and a switch allowing quick access back to the blue key room. (sector 126)
- After going through the series of lowering walls, before going through the door ahead, head right to reach a yellow key, an armor, six BFG9000s, two energy cell packs, three backpacks, and several monsters. There are two secrets here. (sector 283)
