E3M11: Hip Replacement is the eleventh map in episode Doom Is Eternal of The Joy of Mapping 6: Joy Eternal. It was designed by Zan-zan-zawa-veia, who also composed the level's music track, "Grand Scheme of Things". The par time defined in MAPINFO is 5:30.

Secrets[edit]
- At the northeast end, make your way to the northernmost end and press the satyr switch to the south to find a teleporter. You will find the blue and red skull keys, an armor bonus, and a berserk pack. (sector 162)
- In the northwest dark room, use the skull switches to the west until the big block to the east is removed, revealing cacodemons, medikits, boxes of rockets, a rocket launcher, and a green armor. (sector 223)
