Please categorize new map articles as follows.

By title: (no ExMy or MAP##).  This is automatic if you use the "name=" parameter with map (see below).

By author: once for each credited designer.

By game title *IF* it is a commercial release (see Category:Stock levels).

If it is a secret level: .

If it is missing most of its walkthrough information: Level stub

Additionally, the map template below will automatically categorize it by slot (see Category:Levels by slot).  For single-level PWADs, add the parameter "nocat=true" to avoid this (otherwise Category:MAP01 would be swamped).  It will also automatically categorize the article by name, sorting it as if the specified slot was missing (see Category:Levels by name).  If the level title starts with "A" or "The", for proper sorting, add the parameter "name=X" where "X" is the name of the level without "A" or "The" at the beginning.

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets

 1. Inside the lava room where the lava forms the shape of a skull on the map, the floor above will lower to your level. Go to the northeast corner of this room and fall into the lava, then press the satyr switch here to find a megaarmor and a box of ammo. (sector 44)
 2. At the big hall with the crushers and the rising and lowering blocks, grab a radiation suit from the southeast block and wait near the northeast block until it goes all the way down. Then run across the lava north, then east, then south to a platform with a chainsaw and another radiation suit. (sector 155)
 3. Inside the blue room with the damaging water, look to the southwest wall to spot a part of the wall that is indented a bit. Press on this wall to open it and reveal a BFG9000 and a soul sphere. There may be barons of Hell in this room as well, and the teleporter takes you to where the yellow key was. (sector 182)
 4. Inside the broken room where the red key is located, there are three more silver platforms that need to be lowered, which contain imps and some supplies. There is a switch in the southeast part of the lava here that will lower these three platforms. All three of these platforms count as one secret. (sector 187)
 5. If you venture into the lava on the west side of the map, quickly run across to the north to the island which contains the blue key and three rockets. (sector 193)
 6. If you go west from Secret #5 you will spot a red door in the lava. If you have the red key, open the red door for the normal exit of the map (due to the way this episode was constructed, this exit is actually a secret exit, while the actual secret exit is more of a normal exit). (sector 261)
