E3M5 is the fifth map of the third episode of Heroes. It was originally designed by Megaduck as BCOMPLEX.WAD, and uses the music track " ".

Secrets
- The blood pit surrounding the exit has a path to the west leading back to normal territory - it contains a medikit. (sector 73)
- Walking along the ledge that leads to the red key in the south-west, a lift will briefly lower in the part where the ledge overlooks the start area (it can be lowered repeatedly). It leads to a rocket launcher, a box of rockets, a soul sphere, and a megaarmor. There are four secrets here. (sector 34)

- South-west of the eastern blue key is a lift leading up to a room with crates. Part of the north wall here is fake - walking through it leads to a partial invisibility (not on easy skill). (sector 233)
- North of the exit is an area with two medikits and some ammo. There is also a switch here, which opens up an area with a chaingun, four boxes of bullets, and four stimpacks. (sector 163)
- The teleporter in the dodecagonal room south-west of the yellow key leads to a room with a door to a room with an armor, a medikit, a box of shotgun shells, and two energy cell packs. (sector 207)
- The room accessed by #8 has a door to the south leading to a room with an armor and a medikit. On medium and hard skills there are also three demons. There is a switch here which opens a door in the start area revealing a soul sphere, an invulnerability and either an imp, two barons of Hell, or a cyberdemon depending on skill level. (sector 210)
- The north-west room containing the teleporter to the exit has a secret area in the north-east behind some vines leading to four stimpacks. (sector 162)
