E3M8: The End is the eighth and final map of Back to Hell. It was designed by David Seager.

Secrets[edit]
- The north-eastern structure has a secret door in the north-east leading to a light amplification visor. (sector 41)
- The northern structure with a round section at its west end has a secret door in the north-west leading to a teleporter. (sector 71)
- The teleporter in #2 takes you to four health bonuses and a megaarmor. (sector 66)
- In the north-west is a structure with a chaingun and a plasma rifle. In this structure is a secret door to the east (near the plasma rifle) leading to an armor. (sector 59)
