E4M2: Night-Watch is the second map of Crusades. It was designed by Richard Wiles and uses the music track "Sinister," composed by Robert Prince for Doom.

Secrets

  1. On the other side of the switch that lowers the bars surrounding the blue key is a switch which requires the red key. Press this switch, then head towards the ledge immediately before the exit door. From the southernmost point of this ledge, jump east to reach the flashing sector with a hanging victim texture wall. Press this wall – the floor lowers, allowing access to a room with eight shells and (on medium and hard skill) a stimpack. (sector 201)
  2. From #1 there is a nukage tunnel containing a baron and some bars which were opened by the switch, which leads to a room with a box of bullets, a stimpack (medium and hard skills only) and a teleport-like pad. Stepping onto this pad opens two doors, revealing a spectre, two medikits (all on hard skills only), and the secret exit. (sector 206)
