E4M2: Transit System is the second map of 007: Licence to Spell DooM. It was designed by Stephen Clark (The Ultimate DooMer).

Secrets[edit]
- Cross over the first railing, heading east, north, and then west to an intersection. Blow up the northwest wall to find the first detonator switch and a medikit. (sector 968)
- In the northwest part of the map, head into the room to the south with crates. Jump onto the platform with the shotgun and jump onto the crates, then head northeast, shoot the vent, and enter it to find the second detonator switch and a berserk pack. (sector 994)
- At Depot 2 (located slightly west from the center of the map), head west into the corridor and up the steps, then open the purple door. In this room, use the terminal on the south wall to open a broken one to the west. Go through this small corridor to get to the other side, which has the third detonator switch. (sector 662)
- Head south to Depot 4 and head towards the western wall of skulls. On the southwestern edge, the skulls have blood on them. Press this side and quickly run east to a medikit and the fourth detonator switch in a small alcove. (sector 990)
- Go back to Depot 2 and on the eastern side of the tracks, south from the skull walls is a tile that is sticking out. Step on it, then head east and south, then enter the room inside to find an armor bonus, partial invisibility, a computer area map, and the fifth detonator switch. (sector 966)
- Get to the area with the Pump Control written on the wall (it's the area with green doors) and take the northeast lift up. Face the Pump Control doors and shoot the switch above them, then head off the lift and into a corridor to the east, near some stairs. Open the orange door to find a room with a green armor and the sixth detonator switch. (sector 983)
- At the northeast end of the map, get on the skull wall near the door that leads to the blue door, shoot the south vent, and jump to it. There is the seventh detonator switch here, but be careful of the fan. You can alternatively reach this secret by going up the stairs south of the offices. When you reach the top of the stairs, a portion of the wall in the room to the north will lower. Quickly run to the opening and use the chainsaw to open up the wall to get to the secret. (sector 987)
- In the red key area, use the switch on the forklift on your right to raise the forks, then jump on them and to the highest crate to the west. Open the south crate to find armor bonuses and the eighth detonator switch. (sector 835)
- In the flooded area where you will find the blue key, find an underwater room with five crates and swim to its south side to find a small alcove with a medikit and the ninth detonator switch. (sector 748)
- In the vent maze at the end (behind the blue door), make your way to the northernmost corridor, which leads to the normal exit, then face south from the corridor entrance and shoot the wall there to blow it open. This secret area has a stimpack and the final detonator switch. If you flip all detonator switches in the secrets, you will be able to access the easternmost river, which leads to the secret exit.
