E4M9: Secret Wolfenstein Level is the ninth and secret map in episode The Search for Stephanie of 2002 A Doom Odyssey. In the 10th anniversary edition it was moved to E5M2: Secret Wolfenstein Level as the second bonus level, and received a few small geometry modifications as well as swapping all zombiemen with Wolfenstein SS. It was designed by Paul Corfiatis and uses the music track " ".

Secrets
- Exit the starting room and turn right at the fork. Press on the wall with the bird emblem to find rockets and a rocket launcher. (sector 33)
- Now take the other path at the fork and open the door to the next hall. At the first intersection, turn left and use the bird emblem to find a soul sphere. (sector 4)
- Now head all the way north through the hallway and turn right at the intersection, opening the door at the end. Look towards the corner to the left of the cage with corpses and use the wall to find a chaingun and some shotguns. (sector 60)
- From the intersection mentioned above, go left, then at the next intersection, go north and open the door. Press on the bird emblem at the opposite end of the room to find a plasma gun and energy cells. (sector 17)
- Open the blue door near Secret #1 to reach the hub, then head for the east door. In the next hallway, look towards the right wall and push the first bird emblem you see to find a room with a tree and a door. The door hides ammo, a backpack, a megaarmor, and a berserk pack. (sector 37)
- Now head east and open the door into a bigger room. Take the south door to reach a mini-maze. At the southwesternmost corner of the mini-maze, press on the west wall to find a BFG9000. (sector 46)
- In Secret #6, look for a wall that is less saturated than the rest. Shoot it open to get a megaarmor, a computer area map, and energy cell packs. (sector 50)
- In the large arena at the south end of the map, look towards the west wall. Press on the rightmost bird emblem to discover an invulnerability. (sector 86)
- In the same arena, open the middle column to find a plasma gun and energy cell packs. (sector 87 in original ed., sector 15 in 10th ann.ed.)
