- The sector at the top of the stairs leading to the switch that opens the door out of the first area counts as a secret and is impossible to miss. (sector 32)
- There is a door in the north-west of the outdoor area with the large nukage cross leading to the staircase to a door back to the ledge. North of the door is a secret door leading to a megaarmor. (sector 88)
- Entering the room west of the blue key room lowers a wall in the previous room, revealing a platform with a megaarmor, a medikit, a megaarmor, and a backpack. Pressing the switch in the room west of the blue key room reveals a staircase allowing access to the top of the platform. (sector 181)
