E5M1: Landing Zone is the first map of the Base Instinct episode in Doom the Way id Did: The Lost Episodes. It was designed by Jacob Zuchowski (ellmo) and uses the music track "I Sawed the Demons". The par time defined in MAPINFO is 30 seconds.

Secrets

1. Run west from the platform with the shotgun to reach the courtyard outside with a stimpack, an armor bonus, two health bonuses, and shotgun shells. (sector 9)
2. In the northern room, use the switch on the west terminal, then take the nearby lift up. Take the steps to the west to reach a green armor and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 53)
