The electric bolt is one of the two types of arrow for Strife's crossbow. This arrow damages all enemies, but is slightly more effective on robotic enemies than human. Unlike the poison bolt, the electric bolt triggers alarms on impact due to the noise.
Finding a quiver of orange-yellow arrows will net you 20 electric bolts.
You can pick up a maximum of 50 electric bolts (100 with the Ammo Satchel).
