It carries a large shield and appears to attack with a morning star or flail weapon. It resembles the Hell nobles of the original games more strongly than their Doom (2016) or Doom Eternal counterparts. It is a boss exclusive to the Sentinel Prime level, and the only major encounter. It has two phases in battle.
