Ian Mccormick is a Scientist working in Mars in the 2nd sector of the Delta Labs . Mccormick had the idea to open a portal to another dimension . However when he tested the idea , Hell invaded the base . He was secure in an office when the marine got there . Ian made a Video disc record telling about the teleport experiments and the specimens they were getting behind the portal . He told in his video disc that he may not survive and this information must be brought to the UAC Chiefs . He helped the marine to get to the 2nd part of Sector 2 . However he didnt survived the invasion as the marines of the fleet never found him . Its probblably that the demons founded him and killed him .
