Bugs

Two pairs of mancubi (things 336 & 337, and things 338 & 339) are stuck in each other and thus unable to move. Therefore they cannot teleport in, and thus cannot be killed. They also block four barons of Hell (things 313, 314, 340, and 342) from reaching the teleporter, and thus they cannot be killed either. However, due to the monster spawner, 100% kills is still possible.
