K. Lee-Creel was a marine posted at Mars City. The player can find him at Marine Headquarters where he is trying to reconfigure a Sentry Bot. If you try to talk to him, he will (like many characters) tell you he's too busy to talk.
Lee-Creel is killed during the demon invasion, along with nearly all the personnel at Marine Command.
