Kama Sutra is a 32-level megawad released in March of 2005, created by Adolf "Gusta" Vojta and Jakub "method man" Razak, a pair of Czech speedrunners. They are together known as the "KS team" after this project.
This megawad is named after an ancient Indian text widely held to be the standard work on love in Sanskrit literature, a portion of which deals with human sexual behavior. This is referenced in the final level, as well as the title screen, which features an image of a sexual position taken directly from the Kama Sutra, with the man and woman labeled as Razak and Vojta, respectively. Otherwise, however, the title does not mean anything in the context of the megawad.
Kama Sutra was one of the winners at the 2005 Cacowards, and also received the Mockaward.
