The Khan Maykr, or the Supreme Maker, is the leader of the Maykrs, a race of angelic beings. The Khan Maykr serves as the main antagonist in Doom Eternal. She is voiced by Nika Futterman, who previously played as the voices of Asajj Ventress from Star Wars, and Zagara from StarCraft II.

In the "Gift of Argent Power" lithograph to be included in the limited edition of Doom Eternal we see the Khan Maykr giving Argent power to the king of the Night Sentinels. In Doom (2016), it is explained in the codex that the Elemental Wraiths were tied to the Argent energy used by the Night Sentinels, and that this enabled them to act as a bulwark against the forces of Hell. How this relationship came to be established is not currently understood.

"Every 10,000 years, the collective Maykr consciousness, known as the 'Singularity', births a Khan Maykr, a supreme being destiny-bound to lead all of Urdak until the next Khan is born. The Singularity, which contains the consciousness soul-data for every Maykr that has ever lived and died, possesses and refines this data as a means of selective evolution. As heirarch of the conscious neural-matrix to which each Maykr is interconnected, it is physically impossible for a Maykr to refuse the collective order of shared consciousness and disobey a Khan. This system has functioned without error since the creation of Urdak, until now. With the disappearance of the Father, the Maykrs are incapable of creating a successor to the Khan lineage, allowing the existing Khan to hold her claim to the throne indefinitely."

Trivia

• Without her mask, it can be seen that the Khan Maykr has teeth and jaws that resemble an imp.
• In Urdak, there is a massive body submerged in purple fluid that may be a past Khan Maykr, or perhaps a future one still in preparation.
