Secrets
- North of the red key is a room with four platforms that move up and down. Rise these to the top and jump east, and press the switch. Then return to the platforms, jump north and press the switch (note that approaching the eastern switch closes the door opened by the northern one). Two doors have opened in the passage leading to this room - the western one leads to a shotgun. (sector 84)
- After ascending the first staircase, keep going ahead until you reach a structure. The southern wall of this structure is a secret door leading to an armor and a teleporter back to the start area. (sector 32)
- The second door opened by the switches mentioned in #1 leads to a path with a switch. Press this switch then go to the room south of the blue key area, press the switch to lower a lift, then step on the lift and ride to the top. Jump east-south-east onto a platform with 4 shotgun shells and open a door to the east. Jump across the gap to a room with a pain elemental and a soul sphere - the latter can be reached via a platform in the north-west of this room. The room contains a teleporter leading back to the room south of the blue key. (sector 218)
- Immediately after the red door is a secret door on the south wall (marked with a different texture) leading to a room with three pillars that rise and lower. (sector 56)
- The eastern wall of the northern pillar's pit (see #4) is a switch which opens a door to the west (accessible by riding the west pillar up) leading to a chainsaw, 12 imps, a cacodemon (hard skill only), and a rocket launcher (multiplayer only). (sector 66)
- The western wall of the eastern pillar's pit (see #4) is a switch which opens a door to the east (accessible by riding the east pillar up) leading to a medikit and a partial invisibility. (sector 79)
Bugs
On medium and hard skills, it is not possible to achieve 100% kills due to cacodemons in the area west of the exit that are unable to be woken up and thus unable to enter the player's sight.
