MAP01: Eirene is the first map of THT: Threnody. It was designed by Christian Hansen and uses the music track "Emerencia," by King Diamond, sequenced to MIDI.

Walkthrough

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets

1. At the area with the switch to lower the green armor, there is a slightly indented wall to the south. Press on it to lower it and claim a chaingun and a box of ammo. (sector 135)
2. When you grab the yellow key, the wall to the north lowers, revealing a chaingunner and a switch. The switch reveals a new room to the east, which holds a medikit and a backpack. (sector 210)
