Secrets
- On the high blue ledge at the eastern part of the main area, go to the northeast corner next to the dropoff. Find the shootable switch to the north and shoot it, then head south to drop back down to the gray floor below. You can now go past the blue bars here to get a soul sphere on top of the blue rocks. (sector 150)
- In the cavern area at the northwest part of the map, climb the blue rocks all the way to the top and shoot the switch you see to lower the rocks. A green armor is hidden behind the rocks. (sector 508)
- The skull switch mentioned in Secret #4 will lower the wall to the west. Head up the steps at the south side and grab the rocket launcher to open up the walls to the west and north. The switch to the west side lowers a lift nearby, but also briefly reveals a switch inside Secret #4. Quickly run back into Secret #4 and press the switch on the north wall before it closes. This will lower the wall in the southeast corner of the small water pool. From here, take the steps up to the lift and use it, then go east to get a megaarmor. (sector 583)
- When you press the first switch, go to where the mancubus is and take the steps to the ledge that has imps. Head east and press the skull switch to lower the pillars to the south. Ride them to the south ledge and use the skull switch here to lower the ledge. Enter the small water pool to the south and press on the southwest corner to reveal a secret area. Grabbing the health bonus reveals a berserk pack and two revenants. (sector 766)
- Press the switch in the middle of the big arena, then when you can leave, do so. Head back to the blue rocks on the western side of the main area and enter the small area where the revenant and box of shotgun shells were. There will be a switch here which will take you to an invulnerability. (sector 769)
- At the west side of the main area, press the skull switch at the west side to lower the outer walls, then go behind the pyramid where the chaingunners are to find rockets and medikits. (sector 881)
- Enter the big arena from the northern room in the main part of the map, but do not drop all the way down. Head along the left side of the arena on the highest ledge possible and go to the south end. Jump down to get an energy cell pack. (sector 1175)
- At the northeast corner of the main area with the wall of revenants, there is a shootable switch on a column if you look east, which will lower the wall of revenants. A teleporter is behind this wall. Take it to reach a secret area with a soul sphere, shotgun shells, and rockets, along with the plasma gun when you leave. (sector 1279)
- When you press the first switch, go straight ahead into the damaging liquid and press on the vent to your left. Enter the teleporter to reach a hidden area with a rocket launcher, boxes of rockets, a soul sphere (not on Ultra-Violence or higher) and several monsters. A plasma gun and energy cell packs are at the end of this platform. (sector 1280)
- At the northern room with the dark blue and light blue switches, press on the northwest corner to reveal a computer area map and two revenants. (sector 1293)
