Secrets

  1. In the brown slime area with two round columns, get on the plasma gun platform, which will open a room to the left with revenants and an energy cell pack. Press on the back wall to reveal more monsters, and the areas with armor bonuses and boxes of shotgun shells count as secrets. (sector 1035)
  2. In the brown slime area with two round columns, if you can get onto the ledge where the mancubus is, use the switch to get a soul sphere. (sector 1606)
  3. In the previous secret, press on the torch in the northeast corner to lower the supplies to your east. (sector 1496)
  4. At the star-shaped area in the southeast part of the map, jump off to the northeast and the platform with two barrels counts as a secret. (sector 2677)
  5. Press the four switches in the star-shaped area at the southeast part of the map, then backtrack north and use the big lift. Jump northwest at the top, across the fence. Look east near the bonuses and shoot the switch, then head south towards where the arch-vile is coming from. As soon as you step in the corridor, quickly run northeast to the area where the revenants are, and you will notice a window and a lion switch. Quickly shoot the switch before the window rises, and a pillar with a candle rises. Now face the bonuses and make a precise strafejump east, across the stairs, across the pillar with the candle, and through to the other side (this part is insanely difficult). If you make it, head south and you will eventually get a megaarmor. (sector 1847)
  6. Keep going down the corridor which was mentioned in Secret #4. The platform with the mancubus will lower at the end. Drop down at the northeast corner and head around the bars until you find the satyr switch. While this switch removes the bars leading into the tower, it also removes bars to a blood-filled area to the west of here. Drop down for the next secret. (sector 425)
  7. In Secret #5, head north from the blood pool to find energy cells in a corner. (sector 2651)
  8. Go back to the round tower and go around it once until it changes to red. Exit and find the lion switch to raise the pillars you see ahead of you (this will actually help in getting Secret #14). Reenter the tower and go around until it changes to purple. Exit and jump to the southwest to find some supplies in a pool. (sector 2616)
  9. In the dark liquid at the northeast end of the map, take the blue lift up, then go towards the shotgun shells and bonuses. The platform with the barrel below counts as a secret. (sector 1222)
  10. Take the same blue lift up, then follow the dark liquid north into the cross-shaped room. The switch here will lower the dark liquid. First head south, stepping on the plate where the arch-vile is, then east, back to the area where the blue lift is. Head north and up the steps as you head northwest until you find the next switch. This raises a pillar, so jump on it, then northwest to the beige ledge. Take the next set of steps and around to the platform with the barrel, which is the next secret. (sector 2182)
  11. When you have either yellow key, return to the starting point and go south. In the next big area, take the southwest path to the dead end and look towards the satyr switch. Shoot it and wait; the wall will lower allowing you get health bonuses. (sector 146)
  12. The same yellow switch raises the ceiling above you, allowing you to drop down. Do so and use the next switch to open a new path. In the checkerboard-tiled area that follows, you need to hit a series of switches to get the red skull key. (sector 1441)
  13. With the red skull key, get out of the checkerboard-tiled region and head west and southwest, through the passage that leads to the area where Secrets #1 and #2 were. There was a red skull here before. Press on it to lower into the next secret room. (sector 414)
  14. Conquer the previous secret area, then when you lower the cyberdemon platform, enter the red square to trigger the lift that leads out of there. At the top, get on the pillar. You will then have to make an extremely precise jump to reach an area just southwest of the pillar where you can get a megasphere. (sector 417)
  15. Use the yellow keycard at the starting point and fight the enemies until the bars to the northeast are gone. Use the next switch here to get rid of the bars to the left of the starting area. Head southwest until you reach the pillars mentioned in Secret #7. Maneuver across them until you reach the room with the purple wall. Look east and press on the light fixture, which looks different than the one opposite of it. The purple wall will lower. Get rid of the chaingunner in the alcove and enter it, which will lower another wall allowing you to reach a blue skull key. (sector 2069)
  16. After leaving the yellow skull key area, return to the stairs where Secret #5 was. At the corner where the mancubus is, you can see a tucked-away switch in the southeast corner. Shoot it to lower the ground, fighting a cyberdemon and pain elementals. There are several megaspheres down here. (sector 462)
  17. Return to the round tower and revolve until it turns red, then exit. Head southwest of the tower to spot a blue skull. With the blue skull key from Secret #15, use the skull and follow the passage to teleport to a secret area. Here you can fight the enemies and collect medikits and megaarmors. (sector 2687)
