MAP03: Testing Chambers is the third map of Hellbound. It was designed by Zoltán Sófalvi (Z86) and uses the music track " ".

Walkthrough

Map of Testing Chambers
Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

After the opening segment you get to the circular or heptagon shaped area trough a ventilation shaft, check the other vents in the area as you can walk trough one of them. Secrets

  1. Open the door at the start and press on the wall with the light on it to lower it. Grab the super shotgun and shells inside the room. (sector 188)
  2. Enter the door above the "3" and go all the way west to the yellow door. Open it and keep going west until you reach the blue door. Open it and look to your left. Press use on the terminal to lower it and find a medikit and some ammo. (sector 355)
  3. From Secret #2, head to the lower level and go through the west hallway to the lift. Ride it down, then look towards the damaged wall to the south. Open it to get a green armor and some armor bonuses. (sector 357)
  4. In the dark room with the red motion sensors, enter the side room and use the computer terminal to get a berserk pack. (sector 1264)
