MAP04: Cereal is the fourth map of Italo-Doom. It was designed by Zachary Stephens (Ribbiks) and Daniel Jakobsson (dannebubinga), and uses a MIDI rendition of "Theme of Alexia Type 2" from Resident Evil – Code: Veronica as its music track.

A node builder error, likely involving subsector 74, is visible against linedef 38 causing a hall of mirrors effect or flat bleed.
