SecretsEdit

  1. At the beginning, head south towards the tree on the rock above the lava. From there, gently fall to the southwest. You should land on another red rock (if you miss it, you can use this rock as a lift), where you can step onto the red square to enter a secret room. Here, do not press the red button or arch-viles attack you from all sides. Instead, teleport out, collecting the computer area map as you do. (sector 271)
  2. Go across the lava river while watching the rocky walls on your left side until you see that the base of one of these is brown instead of gray (southern wall). Open this wall here to get a soul sphere and an energy cell pack. (sector 186)
  3. In the large area with the burning tree, go towards the burning tree with stimpacks in the lava pool, and a door will open. This door is southwest of the burning tree. Enter through this door, and you will teleport to a secret room where you can collect a megaarmor, partial invisibility, a medikit, and a soul sphere. (sector 242)
  4. Just before the final area, while going on the lava river, look for the button on the wall to your left (south). After pushing it, backtrack to find a teleporter to the north, leading you to a secret room where you can collect a medikit. (sector 118)

BugsEdit

Four multiplayer-only berserk packs (Things 1928 through 1931) have no flags set for any of the three difficulty classes, so they do not actually appear in the level.

The teleport destination which is Thing 496 is not flagged on Easy difficulties, which means that if a player on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower enters Secret #4 or falls into the lava south of the starting point, they will not be able to leave without using cheats.
