MAP05: The Twelve Monarchs is the fifth map of Atmospheric Extinction. It was designed by Kevin Martins (Velvetic), who also composed the level's music track, "Empiricism". The par time is 14:00.

Walkthrough

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets

1. At the southwest end, go to the megaarmor platform and head south. Look southeast and shoot the switch. Head to the northeast part of this area and enter the north alcove to get a plasma gun. (sector 2690)
2. Go to the yellow switch, then look east and shoot the star switch in the distance. Head south, east, and drop down to a soul sphere. (sector 3815)
