Official
- In the plasma gun room, by lowering the pole which holds the plasma gun, the walls nearby lower revenants, while the far northeast section will reveal mancubi. Go to the far northeast section here and press alongside the east wall until you lower a section of wall. Flip the switch here to open the south passage, and take it to a megaarmor. The arch-vile in this passage will warp into the plasma gun room as well. (sector 238)
- At the northwest end with the purple pools, head to the northernmost pool and look southwest. There will be a button tucked in a wall up above, which you can actually use from the floor. Do so, and a teleporter nearby opens up. Take it to find boxes of rockets and a soul sphere. (sector 560)
- At the eastern end of the map, head around to the northeast side, climbing the steps. You need to jump to the railing to the north, but do not jump too far or you will land in the damaging blood. On the railing, gently drop down to a lower ledge, then go east and take a lift up to get energy cells and a megaarmor. (sector 1082)
Non-Official
Enter Secret #3 and strafejump southwest to the window. From there, attempt to strafejump southeast to the wall with the checkered wood/metal textures. On this ledge, go all the way to the end and shoot the purple button to open a passage at the other end. Take it and drop down to find a yellow key and the words "KUDOS" along with a teleporter which takes you back. You can use the yellow key in the northwest corner of the final arena by pushing a button, revealing five radiation suits.
